They say you can get anything you want if you believe ... well, here is how you can learn to believe.

There are 2 types of meditation that we must use to make our dreams come true ...  its MANTRA MEDITATION and the MASTERPLAN MEDITATION.

Everyone has mighty latent powers within their subconscious mind ... but most of us are unfortunately not literate enough in how contact it.   

If you're serious about contacting your subconscious and thereby acquiring your own miracles ... here's the magic wand ...  

You must be "willing" to absorb new knowledge.  

You must "open your mind" to new ideas.  

You must "imagine".  

You must "visualize" that the knowledge is "flowing into you". 


MEDITATION     

Let's talk about meditation.  Meditation is effective in every aspect of life.

Example.  Meditation comes naturally to children. Have you ever watched a child so absorbed in play that he isn't even aware of anything beyond his fascination with his toys? If someone was to walk up behind him, the child would be startled.  Meditation requires that you acquire this type of absorption. This absorption is what refreshes and heals.

Meditation can be seen as a very powerful tool. When we meditate our muscles relax, our minds quiet down and our sagging spirits revive. We are once again in control of our lives.

Meditation has many great benefits such as:  

- it slows down the aging process  
- it alleviates pain 
- we need less sleep  
- it lowers our cholesterol levels  
- it increases blood flow to the brain making us smarter  
- it gives us a better memory  
- and much more 

Everyone who meditates on a daily basis claims different benefits in these four levels: emotional - mental - physical - spiritual.

LEARNING TO MEDITATE 

Learning to meditate is fun and exciting, but the following are the three important factors:

(1) POSTURE - ... keep your spine straight because this positions your nerves just right and helps you to stay alert. 

(2) BREATH - after you've put your body in a relaxed state, you will want your breathing to be slow, even and diaphragmatic. By controlling your breathing, you directly influence the automatic processes in your body, like immunity, circulation and digestion. Breathing is the one body function that is both voluntary and automatic. 

(3) ATTITUDE - Create a relaxed, confident attitude before you start to meditate. Don't worry about the little details of "doing it exactly as outlined". Just do your best and with time you will discover the best method that works for you. 

You will notice in the beginning that your thoughts might keep wondering into one direction, then another. Don't worry about it.  Just keep returning your attention to the objective of your meditation. (Whether it is your mantra or visualization, which we will discuss later.) 

DAYDREAMING while meditating will not produce the same results. 


MEDITATION ROOM 

The serious meditator has a corner of a private room or as his own "inner sanctuary" ... as long as its private you can use any space for your meditation ... even a closet.  In your meditation space, you should have the following: a small table - covered with a white cloth. Upon this white cloth, you should place a picture or book that represents your God. Important ... Whatever your belief, you're only placing the item on the table as a symbol of GOODNESS. This greatly enhances your ability to meditate peacefully.  


MEDITATION CLOTHING

You have to insulate yourself from outside influences, to enable yourself to have better control of the subject of your meditation. 

Wear a robe covering you from head to foot ... it must also have a hood to cover your head.  You can use a bedsheet or blanket for this purpose. Whatever you use, this robe must only be used for meditation, and not for any other purpose. Keep it save so that no one could touch it or use it ... if other people touches and uses your meditation robe, you then have that person's influence in the robe - which you are trying to avoid - and so it becomes an obstacle in your life ... keep your robe pure with only your energy. If you meditate under this insulated and isolated conditions, you are immune from outside influences.

You may meditate with a loved one BUT it is strongly advised to meditate alone to keep your private and personal energy flowing ...
